How does a creative agency run a project?

Six steps: Brief → Plan → Big idea → Build → Launch → Learn — with clear owners.

How we work is six steps, not a mystery. Brief, Plan, Big idea, Build, Launch, Learn. Plotters lead Plan. Twisters lead Big idea. Both stay through Build and Launch. Learn is where we keep watching after the work ships.

Brief

What we are making, for whom, and what success looks like. A brief is a problem with edges — not a wishlist. If it cannot survive a plain sentence, it is not ready for a Twist.

Plan and big idea

Plan is Plot craft: research, proof, process, dates. Big idea is Twist craft: the turn that makes people stop. The Plot hands Twisters a foundation, not a cage — room to leap, not a template to fill.

Foundation, not a cage. Then the idea that earns the build.

Build, launch, learn

Build ships the kit. Launch puts it in the world. Learn is the honest review — what moved, what missed, and what we would do next. That last step is how Stay & grow starts. We do not go quiet after launch.
