Why find the plot before the idea?
Brand strategy first: point of view, audience, and constraints before any mood board.

Plot & Twist is two crafts in one studio. Plot is the solid plan: research, proof, process, production. Twist is the unexpected idea. The order matters. We find the plot first.
What “plot” means here
Dig into what makes a brand unique — point of view, audience, constraints — before anyone opens a mood board. That is Brand Strategy on our services page, and it is also how every job starts. Without it, the Twist is decoration.
Strategy, design, communication, creativity — find the plot, then create the twist.
Plotters write the brief, hold the calendar, and make sure the kit that goes out matches the kit that was promised. They own research, positioning, and the dates. If that work is thin, Twisters have nothing solid to leap from.
On Brand Identity and Communication Strategy, the same rule holds: foundations before flourish. A logo without a plot is just a mark. A channel plan without a plot is just noise.
